His blue hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. Akmen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Akmen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Dain was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: An older woman who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, she is not a threatening figure. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gynnie grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a simple white robe with black stripes complete with hood. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born in the west. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son
