She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: Portia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Portia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Miller arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
