History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Norûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Norûk and his spouse have recently divorced.

In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
