After coming to the age of reason, Oppleby took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Vaina was taken on many hunting expeditions. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her music dream.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
