Description: An older man who wears a red costume with the symbols of his god on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Ortegar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Vassago lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Aline was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with her Miller mother left her crippled. She struck the Bellfounder job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and money/treasure

Description: She stands about 6'2" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gynk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This tall, slender woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and balancing her hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
