Shamil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shamil. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Oblar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
