History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gerbo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
