History: Heward was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and half-orc compassion

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is wearing a long, brown cloak. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Dayereth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: Ermina is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Slave Trader profession.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Himo is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Himo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Himo. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he's in love

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.
