History: He was born in the east. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: She is a mite stocky and typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Marigold embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Marigold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Arjhan was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a long, white cloak. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Ratak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world

Flaws: Ugly, Disease, Forgetful. Bonds: In love, Poor. Occupation: Crown-heir

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 3'9" and prefers to wear flannel. She has wavy auburn hair. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Cartwright father left her crippled. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
