History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Ratanák speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Ratanák was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He sports a flattop hair cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she prefers to wear flannel. Her red hair is still thick. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vola does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Vola was born the youngest of three triplets. When Vola reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Katherine was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Katherine and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is golden and curly. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She's in love; and to reunite with her old friends
