Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she dresses like a well dressed Guard does. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Guard.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is black and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Bathin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to be a layabout again

Description: He is a husky man, who wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. He sports a flattop fur cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Adventurer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jabbie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.
