History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Nordak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nordak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nordak and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Dara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
