History: Mardred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Findex was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
