History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the north to a Baker, Mastema learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). In the meantime she has taken over work as a Baker and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. She has slicked back blonde hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Fulbar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fulbar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he's repulsed by the pc

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
