Personality: Kabbarg is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
