History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Cecily was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bounty Hunter. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
