History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Cloud was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cloud's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This light-skinned male wears a tan shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and grey pants. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bookbinder business.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'6". She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and her gloved hand is found clutching a shield. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Oppah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: She wears a brown Stetson hat and brown clothes. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her fur is cut close to her head. Her half smiles and copper eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nimble grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nimble. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
