History: Hatae was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Creega's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
