History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Jacoba was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Jacoba never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heskan was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and a deep hatred of brigands
