Description: She is a mite stocky and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. Her hair is red and curly. Her eyes are black and catlike.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rieta does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she has a crush on the local glassblower

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Laborer. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theodoric was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theodoric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed ceremonial dagger, just in case. Her red fur is braided into rings. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with her Spy mother left her crippled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his white crest up. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: She has a missing right leg. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She sports a flattop hair cut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Mardred was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Traki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and someone believes him a fraud
