History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Katherine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to get a good night's sleep
