Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, William's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: William hails from a village terrorized by drow. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is a great chef.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and doesn't want to be a architect and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Flask was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Keyleth took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
