History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 4. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Bûth and his spouse have recently divorced.
