She found a children's book about a Gnome Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Raer was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Born in the south to a Bather, Tana learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
