History: She was born in the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kite. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

History: Pelaios was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tailor.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and balancing his hectic life and new tailor responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Lia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Lia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Kathra hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
