This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. History: Mehen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mehen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.
