Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is short and white. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: Tethren hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He wears a red shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has a hunchback. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Howard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To be a Masseuse again; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born in the south. His first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black vest and prefers blue and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His dark red hair is knotted and matted. His black eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Balam was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has never given up on her writing dream.

His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He is a Brewer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He has brown hair. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naeris grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naeris. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
