History: Valorean was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She became a Spy soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Carrie lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was a Layabout, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gesrethe hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: He is a Doctor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities.
