History: Gifted from a young age, Shamash studied abroad. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Nazdûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nazdûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nazdûg and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Rolf was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Knight but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Henry lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and doesn't want to be a knight and was forced into it by his family
