He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Layabout business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Barrister job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ozyman grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Zed was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zed's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zed and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off her debts.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
