History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. After a long history of fighting, Surina and her spouse have recently divorced.
