History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Qemuel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She got into the Apothecary business at a young age. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Shautha and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage.
