History: Mastema hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Sculptor like her mother before her.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fivin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
