Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. Ootah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
