He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Baelitae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
