History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Diggory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Diggory. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
