Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: Ahlyssa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Jak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
