History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Servant. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Hunter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student she started as a Dilettante, but she got bored and became a Hunter. She's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case. His long orange fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.
