Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After months of barely getting by, Arumawann managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Emma learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Gynnie was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly tridents and hand crossbows. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barkeep who has hired him part-time. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Windy enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Windy was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
