Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bricklayer born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Jade hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the north to a Tanner, Nelkin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Nelkin reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult
