In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Being a Bookbinder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Makaria will drive conversation. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Makaria was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
