History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Morkral learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants to work out more often
