History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to tabaxi people

After coming to the age of reason, Râsh took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
