Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Decarabia reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel.
