Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Peren is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Peren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Peren and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Peren discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. History: He was born in a small plains village. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Fibblestib was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and to find somewhere to settle down

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baggi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
