Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her skin is flawless and her green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Two Llamas lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rangrim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barkeep and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
