History: Born in the south to a Doctor, Valida learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Valida was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valida's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently the stress of being a Doctor has made it difficult for her to sleep.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
