History: Cairn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Dynamic was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dynamic's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and he loathes his own lifestyle
