History: Valorean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Kaladan hails from a village terrorized by giants. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Five studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Wizard school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Virra enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Virra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Roondar was born with his mother's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Kaladan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kaladan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
