Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nalaed's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Laborer like her father before her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He uses divination through singing.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zepar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
